INSURANCE:
Holiday / Travel Insurance is NOT included in the price of any of our tours.
We strongly avise that you take out adequate travel / holiday insurance to cover all
aspects of your holiday.

TOUR CANCELLATION CHARGES:
30 days before departure – Loss of Deposit Only
29 – 22 days – Loss of 50% of the total holiday cost.
21 – 11 days – Loss of 60% of the total holiday cost.
10 – 0 days – Loss of 100% of the total holiday cost.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a cancellation you should contact:
1. Giles Tours – Tour Operator to cancel your reservation
Cancellations must be notified in writing by the person responsible for booking.
2. Your insurance provider – to initiate a claim
If you require travel insurance, you should contact the insurers directly so they can
quote the correct price on your specific requirements.
