1. How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made online, on our website 24/7 or over the phone with our office on

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A non-refundable non-transferable deposit of £50.00 per person per booking is taken to secure your place

3. When will my balance be due?

Balances are due 8 weeks prior to departure for tours. Payment for day trips is due in full at the time of booking

4. Do I need holiday insurance?

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance is taken out immediately after placing a booking for any overnight stays.
Holiday insurance is complusary for European Holidays

5. What if I need to change the name of a passenger travelling?

An admin fee would apply to change the names of any passengers on a booking

6. Can I reserve my seat on the coach?

You seats are allocated and reserved when you make your booking. Seats are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to request specific seats, please do make us aware at the time of your booking, and we will do our best to accomodate this for you

7. Are there toilet facilities on board the coaches?

On the majority of our touring coaches there will be toilet facilities available. However, it should be noted that these toilets are for emergency use only. The driver will make comfort stops throughout your journey

8. Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase from £5 to £500.
These can be purchased on our website or over the phone with our office

9. What happens in adverse weather?

Our coaches are suitable for driving in adverse weather conditions, however if weather is too severe for the excursion to go ahead you would be offered a full refund or credit towards an alternative tour

10. Is my transaction safe?

All of our transactions are taken on a secure server. No credit/debit card details are stored on our server

11. Where are your pick up points?

Our pick up points vary dependent on the tour in question. Tour specific pick up points are visible on our website for each tour. Alternatively our office team would be happy to advise on pick up points over the phone

12. How much luggage can I bring?

For extended tours you are able to bring 1 medium sized suitcase per person, weighing up to 15kgs. You are also welcome to bring a small bag onto the coach with you to store in the overhead compartments.

13. What if I need to bring a Walking Aid, Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter?

Walking Sticks are able to be brought to your seat on the coach and do not need to be booked on in advance. Due to limited luggage space on board the coaches we are only able to take a small number of mobility/disability aids. These must be booked and confirmed at the time of booking. On the day of travel, if someone brings a mobility aid that has not been booked, it may not be accepted onto the coach. Mobility Scooters must be LIGHTWEIGHT and PORTABLE so as not to injure the driver lifting it onto the coach. Any mobility scooters that do not fit this description would not be permitted on board

14. What if I have any special requests for a hotel?

We would need to be made aware of any specific requests at the time of booking. We will pass any requests on to the hotel and endeavor to have your requirements met. Please do bare in mind that all hotels operate differently and unforseen circumstances can not be avoided. These are always requests and guarantees

15. Will all of your tours be suitable for me?

We offer a wide variety of tours which include a number of excursions. Due to the scenic nature of our tours, we can not guarantee that they will be suitable for people with limited mobility. We advise that sufficient research is done prior to booking to ensure you are happy that a tour is suitable for you, personally
