Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Following our pick-ups today we’ll travel to the Stena terminal to check-in for the 07:30hrs ferry to Cairnryan. We’ll then travel from Cairnryan through Castle Douglas and on to Gretna where we will have a lunch time break before continuing our journey down the M6 motorway. We’ll make a further comfort stop at services as we make our way down to the 4-star Mercure Haydock Hotel, between Manchester and Liverpool. Here we will be accommodated overnight for dinner b&b.(Overnight bag recommended).

Day 2

We are due to arrive at the 4 -Star ST MICHAEL‘S RESORT, Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth at approximately 17:30hrs. Timethen to settle in for the duration of our holiday.

Day 3

Depart Hotel 10:00hrs
Our excursion today will take us to Cornwall’s best-known attraction. The Eden Project (admission included) consists of two vast landscaped space age greenhouses, containing plants from various regions of the globe. With Cornwall’s mild, temperate climate, the roofless biome provides a safe
outdoor area where plants from the likes of Chile, the Himalayas, Asia, and Australia thrive naturally.

Day 4

Depart Hotel 10:00hrs:
Our excursion today will take us to the ‘foot’ of Britain – the iconic landmark of Land’s End. A photo opportunity awaits us here at the sign post which points out many well known destinations. A photo pointing your own home direction with mileage, & the distance to the other end of the mainland at John O’Groats some 838 miles (1349 kilometres,) is a wonderful keepsake. It’s one of those ‘must do’ touristy things. From here we will travel the short distance to the almost tropical town of St Ives. Time to find a welcoming eatery and sample the good old Cornish Pasty or a wee scone with lashings of clotted cream, some say the best in all of England. We can then sit back and relax in our coach as we travel back to Falmouth.
