View Dates & BookThe Barnesmore Gap, is an outstanding feature of the Blue Stack landscape. It’s a 3-mile-long mountain pass through the Bluestack Mountains and is the main route into Donegal Town. The Gap was created long ago by a glazier between the two rugged and grey Mountains, Croaghconnelagh & Croaghonaghwhich, from a distance give off a blue tinge. It is a pleasant scenic drive with either side of the road shadowed by the mountains, and views.
